Voters with Special Needs
The Imagecast Ballot Marking Device (BMD) is available at all voting locations to serve Oneida County voters who are blind, have limited vision, or limited dexterity that prevents them from marking the ballot without assistance. This is an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant voting system that is certified by the New York State Board of Elections for use in New York. The BMD will be a voter option at all of our polling sites on Election Day.
