Early Voting for 2022 General Election

WHERE DO I GO TO VOTE EARLY?

You can vote at ANY early voting location in Oneida County during early voting. All early voting sites are accessible to voters with disabilities. If you vote during the early voting period, you are not eligible to vote on Election Day.

The sites are as follows:

Mohawk Valley Community College, Jorgensen Athletic Center, Room TBD – 1101 Sherman Drive, Utica, NY  13501

New Hartford Town Hall – The Orchards, 8635 Clinton Street, New Hartford, NY  13413

South Rome Senior Center – 112 Ridge Street, Rome, NY  13440

Whitestown Town Hall – 8539 Clark Mills Road, Whitesboro, NY 13492

WHAT IS EARLY VOTING?
Early voting is a 9-day period before any primary or general election where voters can vote in-person before Election Day.

WHO CAN VOTE EARLY?
ANY registered Oneida County voter.

HOW WILL I VOTE DURING EARLY VOTING?
When you get to the early voting site, you will check in to vote, receive your ballot and vote as any other election. You may ask an election inspector to explain how to vote or if you need any assistance.

WHEN DO EARLY VOTING RESULTS GET POSTED?
Early voting results will be reported after 9:00 PM on Election Day.

CAN I STILL VOTE BY ABSENTEE?
Yes! You can apply for an absentee online HERE, download a form for printing HERE, or you can call our office at (315) 798-5765 to have a form mailed to you.

IF I VOTE DURING EARLY VOTING CAN I STILL VOTE ON ELECTION DAY?
No. If you vote during early voting, you are NOT eligible to vote on Election Day.
